I am glad for the return to, somewhat, normalcy at Oakland University Libraries. While COVID-19 and its variants are still a concern and masks are required in the building, we are able to open our doors more widely this year.
Our motto is “Knowledge Unbound” and it is especially relevant today. The University Libraries’ support for teaching, learning and research is not bound by place or space. In response to the unique COVID-19 situation, we have assured robust virtual research support and information literacy instruction to serve the needs of students and faculty on- and off-campus. As always, we offer thousands of online resources, including ebooks, journal articles and streaming videos, for our users.
I look forward to seeing you in the University Libraries!
Sincerely,
Polly D. Boruff-Jones
Dean of University Libraries
