Kresge Library Diamond Jubilee

On Saturday, September 10, 2022, the Oakland University Libraries and the OU Libraries Board of Advocacy and Resource Development celebrated Kresge Library’s 60th anniversary with a nostalgic and engaging scavenger hunt throughout the library, followed by a strolling dinner and live entertainment from OU Music, Theatre, and Dance’s Latin Jazz Quartet under the direction of Dr. Enrique Rios-Ellis. Proceeds from the event are supporting new furnishings on the fourth floor of the library.

Library Love Letter Video

Guests were asked to submit a “love letter” to Kresge Library, and those were combined into a video that was shared at the event.
