Ambassador Leanord Woodcock Legacy Seminar on China

Oakland's Ambassador Leonard Woodcock Legacy Program promotes understanding between the United States and China in areas such as trade relations, international law, politics and education. It also fosters exchange of faculty and students between the two nations.

The seminar takes its name after Leonard Woodcock, who served as U.S. ambassador to the People's Republic of China between 1979 and 1981.
