Exporting Citations
from the Library Catalog ... to RefWorks
One Book Title
If you want to export to RefWorks the reference for a specific book, you can save time by looking up the title in WorldCat and using the direct export feature:
- Go to WorldCat and search for your book title.
- Select the correct result and press the Export button located above your list of results.
- Select RefWorks in the Export to: section.
The export will open RefWorks if it is not already open and automatically import the reference. Your record should appear in the Last Imported Folder.
We are in the process of developing a direct export feature in our catalog. Meanwhile, please use these directions. Let us know if you need help - Ask a librarian.
