If
you would like to request an article or book that is not owned
by Kresge Library, you will submit your request through the automated
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) system, called ILLiad. ILLiad
is available via the Internet 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
With ILLiad you will be able to:
- Create and manage
an ILLiad profile
- Data will be retrieved
from your ILLiad profile for each request
(eliminates the need to enter personal information each time)
- Place
requests for items not owned by the Kresge Library
- Check on the status
of requests - each step of the requesting process is documented
- Renew or cancel
a request
- View your entire
ILLiad history
- Access electronically
delivered articles
