The following is a selective list of sources of financial
aid information for higher education. Financial aid encompasses
scholarships, grants, loans, fellowships, work study programs
and sometimes internships.
FINANCIAL AID OFFICE
The Financial Aid Office of the college or university you plan to attend is an important source of information on the types of financial aid that are available, your eligibility, the anticipated costs of education, application forms and deadlines for applications. COLLEGE CATALOGS
Generally college catalogs contain information on special scholarships and loan programs for that institution along with instructions for obtaining applications and information concerning deadlines. Most colleges now post their catalogs on their web sites.
