Applications necessary (or useful) to using some library resources

Some items that you may want to view (journal articles, ebooks, etc) may require that your computer have certain (free) applications or browser plug-ins. We try to keep an up-to-date list of these, with links to locations you can download the programs from.

When you download these files, you usually be prompted to save a file to your computer at some time. For ease of use, it is usually best to save them to your desktop, and then run the program.
