- 590 note added to all records: Kresge Library Gift Book: Gaylor Collection in GLBT Literature.
- Materials will be cataloged and processed like the rare book collections.
- Book jackets will remain on the book
- No writing or stamping on books
- Call numbers on acid free strips
- Write Gaylor Coll. over the call number on the acid free strips
- In the 852 of the MFHD put a $k Gaylor Coll. This goes after the location and before the call number
- EXCEPTION: Books will be tattle-taped
