The mission of the Acquisitions unit is to order all Library materials. Monograph titles, serial publications and sound recordings are ordered using established vendors and publishers. The Unit also receives and sorts the various types of materials and makes approval books available for final review. In addition, the Unit processes all invoices and maintains payment records. Currently, the staff consists of a functional supervisor, two support staff, and one casual employees.
