If you have a question or need technical support on a MAC or PC, our mentors are here to help you! Students can stop by the Information Commons at their convenience during working hours to get assistence with a variety of supported software. We support a number of professional software and online applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Prezi and many more. Technology mentors specialize in helping students with the following applications:

  • Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
  • iLife (iMovie, iPhoto)
  • University Websites (Moodle, Webmail, SAIL, Oakshare)
  • Internet and Web 2.0 Applications (Google Docs, Prezi and many others)

In addition to software and online applications, our mentors can assist you with any equipment offered throughout the library. Printing, scanning and copying services are all available in the Information Commons area.
