MINUTES OF THE MEETING

BOARD OF TRUSTEES
March 15, 1957
Mr. Varner and Mr. May discussed with the Board
negotiations with Mr. Swanson, architect, with reference to
the planning for the Oakland County Branch.
On motion by Mr. Mueller, seconded by Mr. Baker, it was
voted to approve an agreement with Swanson Associates
for the developmental work at Meadowbrook at a fee of $25,000
to cover the items specially covered in the contract. Mr.
Swanson is also to be hired as architect for the first building
at a fee of 5% of the cost. (p.5)
