MINUTES OF THE MEETING
of the
BOARD OF TRUSTEES
January 16, 1958
It is recommended that the overall responsibility for the development of the Oakland Branch be assigned to Vice President Varner as a part of his general responsibility for all off-campus activities, with the understanding that someone will be designated in the near future to move to Rochester to assume certain responsibilities on the site.
On motion by Mr. Brody, seconded by Mr. Rouse, it was voted to approve the above recommendation. (p. 17)
