In consultation with OU’s Academic Affairs office, the University Libraries' Administrative Leadership Team handles internal and external administrative matters for the Libraries, providing managerial leadership, strategic planning, development, and direction of the operations of the University Libraries. These responsibilities encompass administrative-level decision making and oversight regarding library personnel, services, resources, facilities, systems, and budget, in council with Library faculty and staff, and campus stakeholders.
