The Kresge Library Systems Office is dedicated to providing the highest quality computer technology to the Oakland University faculty, students and staff. To accomplish this mission we maintain over 200 public and staff computers and a variety of software packages. The following is a description of the machines offered for faculty and student use:
- Public Computers on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors
- Kresge Library Information Commons 2nd Floor (North Wing)
- Sixty Wireless Laptops (Circulation Desk)

- The library's Public Computers are not equipped with speakers. Should you need to listen to something, you may check out earphones from the Circulation Desk.
- You can check out a Cat-5 Ethernet cable at the Circulation Desk.
