This is an excellent business database that includes references to scholarly journals, magazines, trade publications, dissertations (full text), and newspapers (including full text of the Wall Street Journal). Many articles are full text within the database. Use for others.

This is another excellent business database that indexes academic journals, trade publications, magazines, books, market research reports, and product reviews. It also has many full text links. Use for those without a direct full text link.

PsycInfo

This is the standard database that indexes psychology journal articles, books, chapters in books, and dissertations. Helpful to limit by "Document Type" and by "Language."

Useful subjects include: Organizational Change, Organizational Behavior. [Useful also to include one of these topics; Business Organizations, Business, Organizations.]

Social Sciences Citation Index (Web of Science)

This index is most useful in finding out who has cited significant articles.

A web portal that features business and management information, resources, and data reflecting the intellectual capital of HBS and industry leaders worldwide.

Knowledge@Wharton (Wharton School, U. of Pennsylvania)

Knowledge@Wharton is a bi-weekly online resource that offers the latest business insights, information and research from a variety of sources. This one requires registration, but it seems to be free.

Faculty Working Papers from the Ross School, U. of Michigan
This collection contains working papers submitted to the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan Research Paper Series Journal at the Social Sciences Research Network. Use "search" button to find relevant papers.

Organization web sites

Boolean Keyword Searching

"And" requires that all terms must be in your search results. It serves to narrow your search. Dogs and Cats--This means each result will be about both dogs and cats.

"Or" gets you MORE. Use it between similar terms. Dogs or Cats--This means each result will be about either dogs or cats (or possibly even about both dogs and cats).
