JSTOR

A database of hundreds of full-text journals in a variety of subject areas, including history and anthropology.

Project Muse

A database of over 100 full-text journals in the humanities and social sciences. Coverage extends back to the last few years.

Lexis-Nexis

Indexes full-text articles for most major US and international papers, including the University Wire service (available via "Power Search"). Note: While many sources in LexisNexis are not scholarly in nature, newspaper and wire articles are often enlightening for background information and providing context.
