Use these databases to find articles from the periodical literature: scholarly, practitioner and trade journals.
ABI/Inform is one of the premier databases for the literature of business, management and related fields--including careers and human resources. Publications include scholarly business journals as well as trade and practitioner journals, with over 80% full text content.
Business Source Premier is another excellent business database which in addition to periodical articles includes full-text company and industry information.

Lexis Nexis Academic --newspapers, trade publications, business and legal sources. International in scope.
Michigan Newspapers (Detroit News) --for local coverage of diversity issues.
Infotrac Onefile --general multidisciplinary index not limited to just business journals.

Refworks is a resource which allows OU students to maintain a personal database of all of their research materials. You can:
1. create a database of citations
2. use the Cite While You Write feature to insert references while writing your paper, and
2. generate a bibliography in APA style along with hundreds of different formats.
Set up an account, and then choose the "export" function in the databases you use for records you want to save.
