Use the Library Catalog to find the location of books, journals, government documents, audiovisual items and other material in Kresge Library. For example, Journal of research in childhood education is available on the 4th floor under the call number LB 1028 .J69. In addition, this journal is available online through Academic OneFile.

Finding Articles

ERIC

1966 - present; includes articles from magazines & journals (EJ) plus reports and other documents (ED). Some EDs (1990 - 2006) are available online. ERIC is also available through the CSA platform.

Education Abstracts

1983 - present; includes articles from education magazines and journals.

PsycINFO

1887 - present; includes journal articles, books & book chapters, dissertations.

PsycARTICLES

Full-text coverage of 58 psychology journals, many of them from APA. PsycARTICLES is a subset of PsycINFO.

JSTOR

A ton of full-text education journals!!

ABI/Inform

Great source for finding articles on personnel-related topics.

Academic OneFile

Full-text database covering many subject areas (1980 - present) with lots of scholarly material.

Education SAGE Full-Text

Here you'll find the full-text contents of 36 journals from SAGE including the American Educational Research Journal.

New York Times Historical Collection (1851-2004) Here you'll find the full-image of the New York Times. Remarkable!
