Includes over 15 million citations for articles back to the 1950's.

Biological and Agricultural Index

Leading publications in agriculture, biology, forestry, and ecology. Index only, but some links to full-text through Get It.

Science Citation Index

Indexes articles and citations from over 5300 international scientific journals.

Fields covered include agriculture, astronomy, biochemistry, biotechnology, chemistry, computer science, materials science, mathematics, medicine, neuroscience, oncology, pediatrics, pharmacology, physics, plant sciences, psychiatry, surgery, veterinary sciences, and zoology.

JSTOR

A database of hundreds of full-text scholarly journals (most current to 2003-2004) in a variety of subject areas, including biological sciences (104 titles), ecology and evolutionary biology (38 titles) and developmental and cell biology (two titles).

Lexis-Nexis

Excellent place to find current newspaper articles. Indexes full-text articles from journals and newspapers on biology news.

CINAHL Plus with Full-Text

A comprehensive index to nursing and allied health literature, containing links to full-text articles from other databases and e-journal collections.

Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition

Nearly 550 scholarly full text journals focusing on many medical disciplines..
