The
most common problems accessing the library proxy server is
caused by people incorrectly entering their username and
password. Keep in mind:
Finally, you must currently be registered for classes to access the proxy server (or be a current faculty of staff member). If you are not currently registered for any classes (if you are taking a semester off, or are only auditing classes or completing an incomplete) you will not be able to use the proxy server. If you have been barred from registering because of fines/fees/holds of some sort, you will need to address these problems before you will be able to access the proxy server. You can check your current enrollment status by using the SAIL system. If you are unable to access the SAIL system, please contact the Office of the Registrar.
