Library Database Access Problems and Errors

Despite the best efforts of the library and the vendors we purchase our products and services from, every so often you may encounter problems accessing some of our library databases. Here is a list of common problems, issues, and bugs people have encountered in the past, as well as possible solutions and work-arounds.

The most common problem we encounter is with patrons who are having a problems using the library proxy server "Kresge Library Database Access" from off campus.
